1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel your bulk order under the following conditions:

✔ Before Production Begins: Orders can be canceled within 24-48 hours of confirmation without any penalty.
✔ Before Shipment: If the order is already in production but has not been shipped, cancellation may be possible with a partial refund (excluding material and labor costs).

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Custom or personalized orders (once production has started).
  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered.
  • Bulk orders with special manufacturing requirements.

2. How to Cancel Your Order?

Step 1: Contact Us

📩 Contact us within the allowed cancellation period. Provide:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Cancellation

Step 2: Review & Confirmation

✔ Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and confirm if the cancellation is eligible.

Step 3: Refund Processing

💰 If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations

✔ Full Refund: If canceled within 24-48 hours and production has not begun.
✔ Partial Refund: If materials have been procured or production has started, we will deduct relevant costs and refund the remaining amount.
✔ No Refund: If the order has already been shipped or involves customized production.

💡 Note: Processing time for refunds depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Modifying an Order Instead of Cancelling

If you wish to modify your order instead of canceling, we offer:

✔ Quantity Adjustments – Increase or decrease order size (subject to feasibility).
✔ Product Customization Changes – Minor modifications before production starts.
✔ Shipping Date Adjustments – Change the delivery schedule if required.
